Jeffrey Wright cast for The Last of Us Season 2

Jeffrey Wright, who played Isaac in The Last of Us Part II will be reprising his role for the HBO series adaption. We look forward to seeing what the show will bring for us with the WLF and Isaac, where we predict will dive more into his character than the game did. 

 

New Set Images from The Last of Us Season 2

Here's a look at one of the Seattle sets that was created in Vancouver! The first image features two stand-ins who were riding around on Shimmer to get the shots ready for our actors. 

The images below feature Bella Ramsey and Isabela Merced while filming a scene as Ellie and Dina. 

This last image, if you look closely you can see Ellie and Dina's backpacks! They look just like they do in the game.

First Official Stills from The Last of Us Season 2

HBO has released a first look at The Last of Us season 2 with these new stills! Judging by these images, the first image, which features Joel, seems it could take place from the dance in Jackson as we've seen in as a flashback in the Part II game. And the second image with Ellie seems it could possibly take place during the Jackson Patrols with Dina. We can't wait to see what else this season will feature from the game and what new moments they may include!

First look at Ellie and Dina for The Last of Us Season 2!

Here's our very first look at Bella Ramsey and Isabela Merced as Ellie and Dina for season 2 of The Last of Us! These are the first images to drop of not only the two of them on set together, but the first look at what their outfits will look like for some of the season. Ellie's jacket seems to have the same vibe as the one worn in Seattle in the game and beneath Dina's colorful jacket it seems she is sporting the same shirt Dina wears in the game! We can't wait to see more soon as filming continues for the following months.

New Set Photos from The Last of Us Season 2

Here's a look at the set that was built for the recreation of Weston's Pharmacy, which was in The Last of Us Part II game! Filming occurred on and around this set over the weekend featuring Bella Ramsey as Ellie, Isabela Merced as Dina and there was even a spotting of our dear Shimmer!

Filming continues for The Last of Us Season 2. In these photos shared by @CristinaBarper we get a first look at the WLF. For those unaware for who the WLF are, we suggest it's best not to look this up! As it can come with big spoilers for where the story goes. But for those who've played the second game, this is exciting to see! We look forward to seeing more of the WLF as well as hopefully a first look soon at the Salt Lake Crew in action.
